ZLZ Wholes in the fence.” Well, here he is back
Profiting from last years’ experience,
he has worked hard to give you an en-
joyable day and hopes that it will be one

After last years races our Announcer,
Al Fergoda wrote in the San Francisco
Motorcycle Club’s Monthly Bulletin,

been mended and the riders who put on
the show for you get the best part of that
stuff in the sacks.
Joe Jerkcycle messes ’round

And he’ll deserve just
what he gits.
INTRODUCING —
PROMOTER JACK HOCKER
Those of you who attended last year’s
Race Meet will remember him as that
man with the little green hat, who was
everywhere at once, including whizzing
by the stands on the tractor at 3 m.p.h.
and continually being called on the P. A.
IN MEMORIUM
35—MARIO STILLO
The Riders and Owners Association
1946 marks the opening of a new era of
Motorcycle Racing. The riders have organ-
ized this association for their mutual bene-
fit and for the good of the sport. Their
aim is to provide the public with a better and
cleaner type of competition, provide a
more equitable distribution of prize money
and a greater percentage of the gate re-
ceipts for purses.
The officers are Kenny Beam, chairman;
Meeks Hubbard, assistant chairman; Bob
Leibhart, treasurer; Dave Golden, secretary,
and a board of directors made up of riders
from all phases of competition and from all
sections of A.M.A. District 36.
We are certain that this association wil/
succeed in this endeavor and therefore ex-
tend to them our wholehearted support.
