What is this item?
2 Key Posts (1 Threaded & 1 Non-Threaded).
Both are spring capable.
Originally held the Low B & Bb Keys in place*.
*NOTE:
both posts are notched (1 more than the other).
Threaded one went on the bottom & has the biggest notch (see photo 2, right).
The other was top post & has tiny notch under spring hole (see photo 3, left).
These can be used in other areas (check out the measurements below).
From a
1953 USA Pan American Elkhart Indiana alto saxophone.

What is the measurement and/or size of this item?
Both post are 3/4" tall.
Threaded hole is 1/4"(L) x 3/32"(W).
Non-Threaded hole (Notched Post) is 3/16"(L) x 1/8".
Holes are up about 5/8" from the base.
Spring holes are up about 7/16" from the base.
Circle base is 1/2".

Yes.
What is the condition of it?
Good Condition.
About half the gold lacquer is gone on these.
What lacquer remains is dull (looks vintage).
Some tool marks.
