2 Hard To Come By Original Vintage Kawasaki/Koni/Racing Posters
H2R Road Atlanta 1972 (4/16/1972) Poster
Featured in the photo, from the 125 mile Road Atlanta race, is Kawasaki riders Paul Smart and Yvon DuHamel on 4/16/1972. DuHamel won this race, Smart came in second, and this poster was produced to spark the interest in purchasing this very rare bike that was only built between 1972-1974. Since this was a dated poster and an advertisement for this specific bike, that only ran in production such a short while, I am sure not many of these posters were made and to find in such great condition
The color scheme in this photo takes you right back to the 70's
The approximate measurement of this poster is 17" x 22"
The condition of the poster is very good, but for some little storage/handling wear with no creases, rips, tears or repairs

This poster was produced by the American Motorcycle Association with Kawasaki Motorcycles back in 1972 and featured in the photos are the top 4
winners; Yvon DuHamel (200 mile winner), Gary Nixon ( 2nd place winner), Jerry Greene (76 mile winner) and Brad Lackey ( Moto Cross winner). The photos were taken by Jeff Cole and Koni Shocks were featured for this race
In sad news, this is even more special that it features the great Yvon DuHamel winning the top prize in this iconic and beautiful poster to commemorate his passing this August 2021
