The 1 x 12 speed MTB chainset features a sleek metallic finish and a single-only configuration for drivetrain simplicity. Shimano has also equipped it with the same Dynamic Chain Engagement technology as its XTR, DEORE XT and SLX cranksets. This means that you'll benefit from its narrow/wide tooth profile, which gives you improved chain retention, smoothness and quietness as you weave between the trails.
