If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer is to notify The Parfumerie, LLC. within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer is to retain all packaging for the carrier's inspection. We will require photos of the box, packaging and the damaged contents for the carrier.

Glass items may not be returned unless unused and unopened. Please inquire about specifications or applications prior to purchasing to ensure your total satisfaction.
Buyer must first contact The Parfumerie, LLC. within 48 hours of receipt of purchase to request authorization for a return.
All returns must be authorized by The Parfumerie, LLC., and issued a R/A number. R/A numbers need to be clearly written on the front label portion of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number, otherwise item will be refused or discarded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyer is responsible for a 20 % restocking fee on all returns.
