    I'm an engineer and I've been playing trumpet for 20+ years. Every year, I'd go Christmas caroling with my wife and sister as a small brass ensemble. This year was the last straw! I'm done carrying around those crappy sheet music lyres that scratch my lead pipe, rotate if too loose, strip the screw if too tight, start flopping around 10 year old sheet music in the wind, etc, etc. Hence, I designed the Grip-O-Phone.
    We made all our tooling, assembly fixtures, etc in our shop in Orange, CA. All Grip-O-Phones are made right here in the good old USA.
