Condition: Previously owned, good condition for the type item and age. Inside pages are very good there are a few smudges. Observations are the cover and spline have discoloration there is some tape visible and writing on first page. The front cover has a piece missing lower left. Very little writing, with discoloration on cover. Page dates from 1950 to 1953. Original assessment was these had been stored in a dirty shop (radiator, welding, other) environment and that was the reason for stains, other conditions issues. However as I sorted I now believe that some were in a smoke and/or fire environment. See photographs for your own assessment of condition.
