This Veinlite is in fair condition. The clear plastic piece that goes over the 24 LEDs has cloudiness and scuffs on it from cleaning and use. Also, there are 24 LEDs total, 12 ORANGE and 12 RED. Unfortunately 6 out of 12 RED LEDs aren't lighting up as bright as the others. Please see pics to better understand. Comes with original box, manual and all accessories except the 50 disposable covers.
