Vintage Blue Glass Root Bitters Miniature Bottleby

Here is a very sweet sky blue glass root bitters bottle by Wheaton Glass, NJ, c. 1960's. This adorable miniature bottle is created in the shape of a beer barrel. Teeny tiny air bubbles throughout. A wonderful addition to any antique bottle collection.
About the company:
Wheaton Industries was founded in 1888 by Dr. Theodore Corson Wheaton and became a mainstay of southern New Jersey, the center of commercial glass manufacturing in the United States.
The company was run by the Wheaton family for nearly its entire existence, and at its height it had 41 factories throughout the United States and subsidiaries in 20 other countries. All of the Wheaton Miniatures are reproductions of the larger bottles and most were made in the late 1960's or early 1970's.
